This was a tough week. Slacked on exercise and a very stressful week at work. That's ok though because tomorrow is a new day to a new week.
I also slacked on the diet. I had some candy and a lot of doughnuts this week. The reason why is because I didn't plan like I have been. I didn't have my healthy snacks so I gave into my cravings. I did hear an interesting thing this week on the John Tess Show and that is our cravings last anywhere between 4 to 12 minutes. If you can get through those minutes the craving should go away.
For dinner I made chicken chili and it was only 289 calories. Guess what I'm having for lunch tomorrow.
