First Weigh In Disappointment
Today was weigh in and it was not a good day. I'm up two pounds. It's not a mystery why, I know why I went up instead of down.
It was a few things. I slacked on making breakfast. I slacked on my exercise. I slacked on my water intake.
Well my slacking got me a postive on the scale instead of a negative.
But, you know what, that's ok because that was then this is now. I know what I have to do and that is being a go getter instead of a slacker.
Plus I realized I really need to look towards my friends and family for that little kick in the butt we all need once in awhile.
